Direct Services Staff 
Part Time Evenings and Weekends

This is a wonderful opportunity to begin your career in Social Services.  Responsibilities include assisting people with daily living skills, meal prep, med administration, community activities and maintaining a clean/safe environment in our group homes in Brooklyn Park, Plymouth, New Hope, Maple Grove, Eden Prairie, and more!  No experience or prior certifications required.  We provide paid training including CPR/First Aid, Med Administration, and much more!  Qualified candidates will have a valid Minnesota drivers license with a good driving record and a high school diploma or GED.

Evening hours are 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - $9.00/hr.
Weekend hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Sat & Sun - $13.50/hr.
 

On Site Supervisor
Evenings, Weekends and Overnights

This is a great opportunity for direct care professionals with three or more years of experience or college education.  Responsibilities include assisting individuals with disabilities with daily living skills, meal prep, med administration, community activities and maintaining a clean, safe environment in our group homes in Brooklyn Park, Plymouth, New Hope, Golden Valley, Eden Prairie, and more.  This position requires a valid MN driver's license with a good driving record and three or more years of experience and/or college education. 

Evening Hours are 1:00pm to 11:00pm
Overnight Hours are 10:45pm to 8:45am
Weekend Hours are 9:00am to 1:00pm every Saturday and Sunday.

Wages are $10.58 - $11.64/hr. based on years of experience and college education.
 

LPN/RN

Our group home in Brooklyn Park has openings for an LPN or RN.  Weekend shifts available.  NEW GRADS WELCOME!  LPN $17.00/hr.  RN $23.00/hr. Ask about our shift differential.
